My approach is holistic and integrative, recognising that everyone is different. I tailor counselling sessions to your individual circumstances, needs and goals, providing a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can explore what is happening in your life.

I work with adults experiencing a range of emotional and life difficulties, including anxiety, depression, addiction, grief and loss, domestic abuse and workplace-related issues.

I also provide clinical supervision and holistic wellbeing treatments, allowing you to access support that considers your emotional, psychological and overall wellbeing.
